These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MailReel ("the Service"), operated by MailReel ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

MailReel is an email summary service that connects to your Gmail account via Google OAuth to generate AI-powered summaries of your emails. You may use the Service for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2. Your Google Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account and credentials
• Any activity that occurs through your MailReel account
• Ensuring you have the right to grant MailReel access to your Gmail account

We access your Gmail using the permissions you explicitly grant via Google OAuth. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that impairs its operation
• Share your account credentials with third parties

4. AI-Generated Content

MailReel uses AI to generate summaries, key points, and voiceover scripts from your email content. These summaries are:

• Generated automatically — they may not perfectly reflect the original email's meaning or intent
• For informational use — always verify important details by reading the original email before taking action
• Not advice — AI summaries do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice

5. Subscription and Billing

Some features of MailReel require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at vmail@polsia.app for refund requests

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at vmail@polsia.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the Service itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailReel is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of data, missed emails, or inaccurate summaries
• Interruptions or unavailability of the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
